Ordered food via Lieferando and arrived relatively quickly. Unfortunately, totally disappointed with the liver dumplings. Probably bought from Aldi or Co. Once, never again.

Ordered today via Lieferando ... Food came after more than 2 hours, which is still a problem, but only 2 of 4 meals arrived and they were cold ... and that for 30 € ... won't order there anymore. ..

A place where I always like to be. I miss it.

Very beautiful Alm. Attentive and nice service. Prices ok.

Ambience is nice. Service friendly and fast. The only thing we didn't like was the food. Above all, you couldn't eat the salad because the salad wasn't cleaned or washed (sandy). If you give a salad to the customers, it should also be cleaned and not with sand. This has happened to me twice in a year now.

Worst service in a long time. We had reserved a table which was not reserved. It then takes 15 minutes to take the food order. Then after an eternity the starter came out wrong, boiled beef as a main course and not as a starter. Then they wanted to mend it, but it was not possible because the cold boiled beef is out. We then did without starters. The main course came after another 30 minutes. It was not cleared away and asked for more drinks. We had to show hands and generate even more revenue for the "Alm". The dessert then of course also lasts 25 minutes. A young birthday group would have to wait forever for drinks at the neighboring table. Some of them left the Alm more sober than they came. All in all, we entered the shop shortly before 8 p.m. it was full and we are leaving. At 10:00 p.m. with the main course and dessert out ... The shop is not very busy on Saturday evening ... Finds the mistake ... Food was okay, not great, but price performance is okay.

We like to stop here when we're on our bike. You sit outside, with a view of the lake and can eat and drink something. The Alm is super comfortably furnished.

The food tastes very good, but unfortunately only lukewarm. The tables were not cleaned. Mask requirement for employees? Drooping under the chin or none at all. Too bad. Would be a really great place to enjoy.

Were yesterday at 11 I was there at 30 ... Stand at the counter to order two coffees ... After a long time, a young man came up to me at the counter. But he didn't turn his gaze to me, let alone a hello, or what would you like ... Without paying attention, he went back to the kitchen. In terms of the number of people who are employed there, I could see 4 people ... After a long time, a blonde woman came from the beer garden to the bar. So I was able to place my order. My husband asked her for an ashtray ... And that was already too much to fetch one from behind ... Neither please nor thank you is probably a foreign word. And a smile on your face would look good on everyone. Probably, we were there at an inopportune time !!!

Price-performance ratio is not right at all and not at all for self-service. No concept at the drinks and food counter. We made several attempts ... mistakes happen ... but at some point it's good. Pity!

Had 2 vouchers with the note beer garden, but could not be redeemed and the boss himself could not solve the problem. The next time we got the message to have the vouchers rebooked in the hotel.

Great service, the best I had in a long time .. were always friendly and very attentive, went to all special requests when ordering food ....... Very delicious food, everything was fine. We'll be back anytime Thanks to the whole alpine team for a great evening.

This a great place.to get away when the weather is nice. A fun little pond with a trail and park around the pond. You can even rent a paddle boat by the hotel. Great food and great drink!

More than recommended. We were there with 11 prisoners, including 5 children, for the birthday dinner. Out of 11 orders, 7 have been modified and we never hear "This is not possible!", But rather "All right, no problem!" The service, by a strikingly young team, was exceptionally good. There are extra stars for the friendliness of the team: no empty glasses or plates. The dwarfs, who were happy to stand in their feet when serving, were neither admonished nor punished with angry looks. We have experienced it differently several times. All in all a recommendable experience. Always my pleasure.

Nice beer garden and friendly staff. The dishes are OK with affordable prices. The area offers plenty of leisure opportunities.
